Multnomah County S/O Drug arrest with drugs found in ‘interesting’ concealment

On April 2, 2009, at about 9:30 PM, members of the Multnomah County Special Investigations Unit with the help of the Gresham Police Department ended a week long narcotics investigation of a methamphetamine drug trafficking organization.
A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle for a traffic violation at SE 186th Ct and SE Division in Gresham. The subjects in the vehicle consented to a search of the vehicle. Deputies found a pound of methamphetamine that was hidden in a pair of underpants in the cars air filter in the engine compartment. The methamphetamine has a street value of more than $45,000.00
Both Elizondo Licarton H/M 10/09/68 and Rivera-Bogarin, Luis Fortino, H/M 12/31/84 were arrested for unlawful possession and distribution of Methamphetamine and lodges at the Justice Center.
Both of the suspects are in this country illegally and have had ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) holds placed on them. The group was responsible for selling Methamphetamine in the Portland and Gresham areas.
