Salem Police Arrest Mexican Ruiz Mortgage Broker for Fraud

Following a two month long investigation by the Salem Police Department, The Oregon Department of Justice, and the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services;Mexican Julian Ruiz, 38 years of age, of Keizer, was arrested about 9:00 this morning by Salem Police Department detectives at River Rd. and Brooklake Rd. NE.
Mexican National Ruiz had been a mortgage loan originator at America One Finance, which has since gone out of business. In 2006, he is alleged to have financed a home in the 900 block of Camelot Dr S for $376,000 using the stolen personal information of a customer. That residence fell into foreclosure in 2007.
In 2008,Mexican Ruiz again allegedly stole another customer’s personal information to finance a home in the 3700 block of Illahe Hill Rd S for $417,000. This home has also since fallen into foreclosure.
Mexican Ruiz was lodged at the Marion County Correctional Facility charged with Mortgage Fraud, Aggravated Identity Theft, Aggravated Theft I by Deception, Forgery I, and Issuing a False Financial Statement.

Perhaps he should read what Thomas Paine, the man who really created the ( failed) democracy called the United States had to say on how to treat one’s enemies.
and yes illegal aliens from Mexico ( mostly but many other countries also) caused the foreclosure crisis. with their fake ids and not keeping up mortgages. Since my own family has been hit hard at every generational level, I will write about it.

as a matter of fact, having an hispanic surname is a red flag in Oregon …… crime crime and more crime.
I don’t know what significance (or interest) there is to his possibly having African genes.
But I do care deeply that this man has taken advantage of innocent people by stealing their identities to faciliate buying houses illegally for illegal aliens.
I hope he gets to spend a long time in the “big house.”

thats funny because due to the population explosiion caused by the invasion from mostly mexico, many 4th generation Oregonians and Washingtonians may have to move to Kansas just to afford housing. The poor and the lower middle class can no longer afford to live here, while illegal mexicans and their anchors take up housing and drive up costs with crimes, schools food stamps and medical. Wow I am ashamed you live here too.

Democrats are not supposed to support (or introduce) bills that would harm less-fortunate Americans. With this in mind I urge you to oppose Rep. Gutierrez’s disastrous comprehensive amnesty bill!
Rep. Gutierrez’s comprehensive amnesty bill is an example of the lengths certain Members of Congress will go to support illegal aliens and foreign workers at the expense of less-fortunate American and legal immigrant workers.
H.R. 4321, the bill in question, reads like an amnesty “honor roll.” It includes a blanket amnesty for nearly all illegal aliens, the DREAM Act amnesty, the AgJOBS amnesty, prohibits the deportation of most illegal aliens, waters down workplace and border immigration enforcement, prohibits state and local courts and law enforcement from dealing with immigration issues, increases the number of foreign workers, and would expand chain migration. These are only the main points of Rep. Gutierrez’s bill, but rest assured, I could go on and on.
The bottom line is that this bill would destroy the dreams of tens of millions of Americans. Full stop. With this in mind I encourage you to do all you can to oppose this legislation. Some members of the Democratic party obviously do not have their priorities in order. I sincerely hope you do.

P.S. Mexico is going to have to take back their own and deal with their own problems insteading of coming to the Us with a huge chip on their shoulders demanding everything giving nothing and using the race card for everything.
